DELIVERY CHARGES -
Our policy is honesty. BEWARE of those florists not charging you a delivery fee, why? They simply give you a lot less flowers compared to us in order to cover the cost of their driver. There is no such thing as free delivery as every driver or member of staff simply has to be paid. Whilst it may sound great that there is no delivery fee they are simply misleading you and putting less flowers into your bouquet to cover the cost of the driver. We have fixed delivery rates to make it easier for you. All of your budget goes on the flowers we deliver for you so what you see or what you order is exactly what you get.
We Delivery Anywhere in Dublin north or south for just €7.95.
Delivery Policies -
A full address and contact telephone number if possible is required for all orders.
Delivery service takes place Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:30 and 19:00. Businesses are typically done before 5pm at the latest. Saturday and Sunday orders must be placed by 12:00pm for same day delivery. Deliveries will then take place on Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 and 18:00.
If you need an order for a specific time or outside of the hours above please inform us of this by phone or email, additional charges may apply.
For guaranteed same day flower deliveries please place your online and phone orders before 1:00pm. If you miss this dealine don't worry please just call us and we should be able to accommodate you.
We also deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Due to the wide area covered and the heavy Dublin traffic volumes, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed but we do take specific time requests. An exception is made for all sympathy orders being delivered to a church or funeral home.
If the recipient is not present when the delivery is attempted, it is common practice to leave the gift with an immediate neighbour and leave a card in their letter box informing them where their delivery has been left. If a neighbour is not available, a card is left in the recipients letter box informring them that a delivery was attempted and to contact the shop to arrange collection or an alternative delivery time.
In case of any unforeseen problems or delays in delivery, we will notify you immediately to ensure your satisfaction.
